Upon arrival at the Amman airport, a representative will greet you and take you to your hotel in Amman for an overnight stay. You can spend the evening resting and getting ready for the adventure ahead.
Amman Hotel – Jerash Visit – Ajloun – Amman City Tour – Amman
After breakfast, you will head to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world, located a few hours’ drive from Amman. Here, you can see the Roman theater, the oval plaza, and other important landmarks. We will also visit the Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century fortress built by the Islamic army to protect the region against the Crusaders. Then, you will return to Amman for a city tour, including a visit to the Citadel, the Roman Theater, and other iconic places in the city before returning to your hotel for the night.
Amman Hotel – Baptism Site Visit – Madaba Visit – Mount Nebo Visit – Petra Overnight Day
After breakfast, you will start your day with a visit to the Baptism Site, where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist. Then, you will head to Madaba, known for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Here, you can see the famous mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. From there, you will visit Mount Nebo, where Moses saw the Promised Land, before heading to Petra for an overnight stay.
The fourth day is the highlight of the tour as you explore the ancient city of Petra, the rose city carved into rock by the Nabataeans. Here, you will see the impressive temples, tombs, and amphitheaters, including the iconic Treasury carved into the rock. After an exciting day in Petra, you will head to Wadi Rum for an overnight stay in a traditional Bedouin camp.
Day 5
Petra Hotel – Wadi Rum Visit – Dead Sea Overnight
Take a trip to Wadi Rum, a desert valley known for its stunning landscape of sandstone mountains, red sand dunes, and rock formations. Take a jeep tour of the valley, stopping to admire the natural beauty and learn about the Bedouin culture that has inhabited the area for centuries. Later, visit the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth and known for its healing properties and high salt content. Float in the salty water and enjoy the unique experience. Spend the night at a hotel on the Dead Sea.
Day 6
Dead Sea Hotel – Amman Airport Departure
On the last day of your trip, our representative will assist you with departure procedures at Amman Airport, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. If you have time, do some last-minute shopping or sightseeing before catching your flight.
